Shipping Policy

Shipping charges
Shipping is not included in the product price unless expressly stated. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout after the customer enters the delivery address. Rates depend on destination, artwork size, packed dimensions, weight, carrier, and selected service.
Oversized, unusually shaped, fragile, or multi-piece artworks may require specialized packing, crating, freight, or a separate shipping quotation. If the checkout rate cannot reasonably cover safe delivery, we will contact the customer before fulfillment with available options. We will not charge an additional amount without the customer’s express approval. If no option is accepted, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Processing and transit times
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. Large, framed, resin-coated, sculptural, made-to-order, or specially crated works may require up to 10 business days. Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the shipment and is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date unless the selected carrier service expressly states otherwise.
If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days when no specific time is stated, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund as required by applicable law.
Carriers, tracking, and delivery
Orders may ship by UPS, DHL Express, USPS, a fine-art carrier, or another appropriate service. Tracking is provided when available. Large artworks may require an appointment, signature, adult signature, or curbside/freight delivery. The customer is responsible for being available to receive the shipment and for arranging safe access to the delivery address.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including unit number, access instructions, and a reachable telephone number. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier fees, return-to-sender charges, storage, redelivery, or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, missed appointment, or failure to collect the shipment are the customer’s responsibility, except where prohibited by law.
Canada, customs, duties, and taxes
Shipments to Canada may be subject to customs processing, import duties, brokerage fees, GST/HST, provincial taxes, or other government charges. When these charges are not collected at checkout or prepaid by the selected service, they are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs delays are outside our control.
Inspection, damage, and missing packages
Please inspect the package and artwork immediately upon delivery. Photograph all sides of the unopened package before opening when damage is visible. Report loss, shortage, wrong items, or damage to Mr.Dallars.Art@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery or discovery, and retain the artwork, packaging, labels, and packing materials while the claim is reviewed. This notice period helps us pursue a carrier claim and does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Do not discard packaging, alter, install, frame, repair, or use a damaged artwork before receiving instructions. We may request photographs, video, carrier inspection, or return of the item. Valid claims will be resolved by repair, replacement when available, refund, or another remedy required by law.
Risk and carrier delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carrier disruptions, inaccessible addresses, or events beyond reasonable control. However, nothing in this policy excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits the customer’s rights when an order is not delivered, is materially damaged, or is not as described.
